The Hi-Tide Condominium Association (HTCA) was established in 1980 to govern and manage the Hi-Tide Condominium complex located in Moclips, Grays Harbor County, Washington. This beachfront community consists of 33 individually owned units, plus one unit owned by the HOA itself.
The HTCA provides oversight of the condominium’s operations, ensuring maintenance, management, and adherence to policies that benefit the owners. Governed by a board of directors, the association ensures compliance with the Washington Horizontal Property Regimes Act (RCW 64.32) and the association's governing documents.
The HTCA strives to maintain a safe and welcoming community for our members. Our mission is to enhance the quality of condominium ownership for all members of our association.
Our Board of Directors is made up of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our community. They work tirelessly (and a LOT of volunteer hours) to ensure that our association runs smoothly and efficiently.
The HOA Board has completed a draft of the updated Declarations, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCC&Rs), which outline the rules and obligations for property use within our community. This document is essential for maintaining standards, enforcing rules, and preserving property values. We ask all owners to review the draft, which includes significant changes, such as integrating rental management into HTCA operations. Please provide any comments or questions using the online submission form. Your feedback is crucial, and we appreciate your participation in this process.
